DownTown is intended to be a one stop shop for all your big city needs. With modular roads, tall skyscrapers, a central park area and loads of props, this is sure to set you off on the right track for your big city projects. We left no stone unturned when creating this pack, having an asset list of well over 200, and stress testing it inside a massive level with a park as the center piece. We intended this to be design.
There’s cars, scaffolding, a mixture of road types, 6 building styles, foliage, picnic area, litter, audio and more.

• Modular Skyscrapers-Over 100 modular components and 6 distinct building styles allow for a mixture of visual looks.
• 100+ props – In the style of our old town, we have a massive prop list to help fill the streets. From planters and sewer grates, patio furniture and fire escapes, storefronts and even Christmas lights, there’s plenty of fun to be had.
• Full LODs and Collisions -We are using full UE4 LOD and collision systems for our assets. This allows for easy extraction of our assets, without any hidden components to the source art.
• Functional Blueprints- Our lights and traffic light come with simple and easy to use Blueprints.
• Advanced materials – We have consolidated all of our materials to just a handful of advanced materials. Toggling features on and off at your discretion will expose advanced features.
